Congrats to Hall of Famer Jody Adams, who’ll replace retiring Hall of Famer Jason Reuter as the head coach of the Bradley Central Bearettes.
With more than 30 years of experience playing, coaching, and advancing women’s basketball, Coach Adams brings an elite level of leadership and success to the Bearette program. A former four-year starting point guard at University of Tennessee under legendary coach Pat Summitt, Coach Adams helped lead the Lady Volunteers to five SEC championships and was the starting point guard on the 1991 National Championship team. Her accomplishments also include serving as the starting point guard for the United States Junior National Team, earning recognition on the ESPY Team of the Decade, and being inducted into the Greater Chattanooga Tennessee Hall of Fame in 2023.
